It carries a UL-listed 2-hour (120-minute) fire rating tested to 1400°F, holds up to 42 long guns, and is made in the USA. Its boltwork far exceeds California Department of Justice standards for Residential Security Containers.
This is a full-size, floor-standing safe. The RG-42C measures 72 inches high by 42 inches wide by 28 inches deep, weighs 1,250 pounds, and offers 27.42 cubic feet of interior space with a 68-3/4 by 38-1/4 by 23-1/4 inch cavity for wide rifle racking and shelving.
