Why Buy From Alpine Safes
A safe is a once-in-decades purchase that protects the things you can least afford to lose. Here's what buying it from safe specialists gets you that a big-box listing can't.
Safe people, not box movers
Alpine Safes is run by people who work on safes — not a marketplace reselling spec sheets. Before you buy, we'll tell you whether the safe you're looking at actually fits the risk you're protecting against: what a UL RSC rating really resists, when a TL-15 or TL-30 is worth the weight, and when it isn't. If the right answer is a smaller, cheaper safe, that's the answer you'll get.
Authorized-dealer depth
We carry full manufacturer lines as an authorized dealer — AMSEC, Gardall, Hollon, Hayman, Fort Knox, and Liberty Safe — including the freight-class, TL-rated commercial models big-box stores never stock. Buying from an authorized dealer also means manufacturer warranties apply exactly as published.
Delivery that matches the product
A 1,000-pound safe is not a parcel. Every order ships as free, insured curbside freight, with liftgate and white-glove inside-placement options where you need them. We'll flag delivery constraints (stairs, door clearance, residential access) before you order — not after the truck shows up.

Fire ratings, burglary ratings, steel gauges, and door construction are where safe marketing gets slippery. Our product pages state manufacturer-published specs — and our buying guides explain what the certifications actually test, so you can compare models on facts.

Lost combinations, warranty questions, moving a safe to a new home — safes outlive most purchases, and so does our support. Talk to a real person who knows your model.
Lost combination help →Not sure which safe fits?
Tell us what you're protecting and where it lives — we'll point you at the right rating, size, and brand, even if that means a less expensive safe.
