Free Shipping
Alpine Safes offers free shipping on qualifying orders within the continental United States. Shipping charges, if applicable, will be displayed at checkout.
Shipping Methods
- Safes under 100 lbs: Shipped via UPS or FedEx ground parcel service.
- Safes over 100 lbs: Shipped via LTL (Less Than Truckload) freight carrier with curbside delivery.
Processing & Transit Times
- AMSEC & Gardall orders: Processing typically takes 2–3 business days.
- Safes shipped direct from manufacturer: Processing typically takes 3–5 business days.
- Special / custom orders: May take up to 40 business days. If your order will exceed 40 business days, we will contact you directly.
- Transit time: 3–5 business days after shipment, depending on your location.
LTL Freight Surcharges
In rare cases, certain ZIP codes may incur an LTL delivery surcharge. If a surcharge applies, we will notify you before processing any additional charges.
Receiving Your LTL Freight Delivery
Important — LTL Receiving Checklist:
- Inspect all packaging for visible damage before signing.
- If damage is visible, do not sign the delivery receipt if the damage is unacceptable. Refuse the shipment.
- If you accept delivery, note any damage on the delivery receipt before signing.
- For concealed damage discovered after delivery: photograph the product, packaging, and shipping labels within 3 business days and contact us immediately.
