Return & Refund Policy
General Return Policy
Due to the nature of our products, Alpine Safes does not accept returns unless specifically approved at Alpine Safes' sole discretion. All sales are considered final.
Approved Returns
If a return is approved:
- The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs.
- A restocking fee of up to 30% of the purchase price may apply.
- The product must be returned in its original packaging and in unused condition.
Damage at Delivery (LTL Freight)
If your safe arrives via LTL freight with visible damage:
- Do not sign the delivery receipt if the damage is unacceptable. Refuse the shipment.
- If you accept delivery, note all damage on the delivery receipt before signing.
Concealed Damage
If you discover damage after unpacking your safe, you must:
- Photograph the product, all packaging materials, and shipping labels.
- Contact us within 3 business days of delivery with photos and your order number.
Cosmetic Imperfections
Minor cosmetic imperfections that do not compromise the function or security of the safe may be addressed with touch-up paint and are not considered grounds for a return.
